Mission Statement
Our mission is to facilitate the higher education of Chinese students,
both in the United States and in China. Our primary role is to identify,
develop and manage a network of U.S. universities that desire to
increase their enrollments of qualified Chinese undergraduate and
graduate students and that desire to establish partnerships with
Chinese universities to offer their degree programs in China.
Vision
Our vision is to develop inquiring, knowledgeable and caring people
who help create a better and more peaceful world through intercultural
understanding and respect.
